I read your blog and answered the questions pertaining to the work I do for a local farm. it’s increased her customer base 4 times and traffic rises when social media gets hyped! Personally when I go online and see that a website or facebook page has not been updated in over a year…or even a month I click right off of it. I want NEW up to the minute info! 🙂

Connect with customers on a personal level. take suggestions and fill their needs. immediately
2) Where do most business owners go off course when it comes to social media?
posting blah blah blah…or not updating…people want UPDATES, QUESTIONS to answer and info on the minute!
