					<description><![CDATA[Hey Michele, I LOVED your post today about the 5:15 class.  As an entrepreneur and avid indoor cyclist, I find the two quite analogous to each other.  My daughter also teaches a class at 5am at our Training Center, which I substitute for when she is traveling on business.  Those folks know exactly why they are there, and we take the journey together!

I&#039;d love for you to take your class for a ride to Italy, (my treat) if you are interested (assuming they have video capabilities in their Spin room).  I&#039;ll send you one of our Italy Virtual Riding DVDs for free if you will write a blog post about how the class liked it (I&#039;m confident it will be a good experience).  Just email me your postal address and I&#039;ll pop it in the mail.  My email is gene at globalride dot net.
