Quieting that 'monkey brain' or inner critic can be tricky and robs ALL of us of the confidence and joy we seek. Michelle is right, calling forth another way, another thought, another perspective is the key to moving forward. We can also step back, look at it from another angle and find some gratitude. I have found that gratitude is the game changer for managing any issue - finding the good (look for it b/c it's there) and focusing on this is the key. We have worries, stress and concerns and they come and go but what we focus on expands - looking for this and riding the wave of good energy helps shuffle us along:)))))
