When a client or potential client asks if they can have something that’s not on the “menu” of our services/products, that’s an opportunity to find more ways to serve. If one person wants it, surely, in our whole market, others probably would want it, too!
Now you can consider whether to create it and open up more potential for serving and creating clients, or whether it’s not something you can/want to do.
(For the record, Michelle, my boyfriend gets embarrassed at how I always ask for things the way I want them if it’s not how it is on the menu, but I think they’re perfectly reasonable, too).
