Through my teachings, both in class settings and in one on one sessions, I give people opportunity to grow and expand in a safe, non- judgement space, and in that space, with open hearts, free minds and soaring spirits they can heal themselves.

When families coach with me or participate in a class they feel heard, seen and understood in a way they may never have felt before. Clients end the cycle of nagging, yelling and policing to find more joy as a parent!
