THE KIND OF NATIONAL MEDIA WE’RE PURSUING
Examples of outlets being pursued. No media representatives or outlets are confirmed yet. Final lineup will be announced.
THE POWER OF BEING SEEN AGAIN. AND AGAIN.
One big moment is exciting.
Being everywhere has power.
A national television appearance can be a defining moment. There’s also tremendous value in becoming a source editors and writers can turn to regularly.
At our August event, we bring you access to the biggest names in media. February opens the door to major national outlets with more accessible opportunities to contribute—and keep contributing.
That’s the idea behind The MidTown Media Event: fast, frequent opportunities to build surround-sound visibility.
I’ve had clients appear in Woman’s World dozens of times in a three-month period.— B. Michelle Pippin
That’s the potential of becoming a trusted, relevant source.
A past client example, not a promise of coverage.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19 · 9 AM–5 PM
A full day.
A very different kind of access.
You bring your expertise. We help you prepare it for the people who can put it in front of a national audience.
Know the outlet.
Sharpen the angle.
Before NYC, join Zoom preparation sessions and get specific pitch direction through interviews with each participating outlet. Walk in with a purpose for every conversation.
Three rounds.
Four choices each.
In each round, choose four media outlets to meet. You’ll have roughly three minutes per conversation to introduce your story, expertise, or product and explore the fit.
12 pitch slots across the day. Your choices each round shape your experience.
Keep the
conversation going.
Leave with media contact information and a direction for your follow-up. One follow-up support session is included to help you take the next step.

A FEW DETAILS
Before you pack.
Where is the event?
Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The main event takes place indoors on February 19, 2027, from 9 AM–5 PM Eastern. The exact venue is shared after registration.
How does media speed dating work?
There are three rounds. In each round, you choose four media outlets to meet, with approximately three minutes for each conversation. That means 12 pitch slots across the day; it does not mean 12 distinct outlets.
Which media will be there?
We’re pursuing outlets such as Business Insider, Woman’s World, Daily Mail, and SUCCESS. These are examples of the kind of media we’re targeting, not a confirmed lineup. No outlets or individual media guests are confirmed yet, including for the dinner.
What is included in my registration?
The full-day February 19 event, three rounds of pitching, pitch preparation, pre-event Zoom sessions, interviews with participating outlets for specific pitch direction, media contact information, and one follow-up support session. Lunch is not included.
How do I get the private dinner bonus?
The first 10 event registrants receive the February 18 private dinner free. After that, dinner can be purchased for $297 while space remains. Total dinner capacity is 30, including the first 10 complimentary seats. Dinner begins at 6 PM and ends around 8:30–9 PM Eastern.
Does attendance guarantee media coverage?
Your ticket provides preparation and direct pitching opportunities. Editors, writers, and producers make their own coverage decisions. The goal is to give you relevant access and help you use it well.
When does early bird end?
The early-bird price is $1,797 through December 1, 2026. The regular price is $1,997. Registration is full payment through PayPal.
