ANGER HAS DRIVEN MUCH OF MY BRAND, AND I DON’T REGRET ANY OF IT

Personal truth: I know where I come from. I know my ancestral history. I KNOW that anger is something I need to be aware of. And I DO watch it. I will often stay out of disputes because I don’t fully trust myself IN them. Still, fear is naturally alchemized within my soul to fury. I am more comfortable there. I prefer it.

BUT
AND

Anger, dare I even call it RIGHTEOUS anger, lol… has guided me WELL through much of my business. There was a time when I wanted to be a speaker. I wanted to get paid to speak on other people’s stages. But I was FULLY rejected there. No one wanted me.

So, I built my own stage. Women Who WOW was born. LIVE and in person. I remember thinking, “You don’t want me on your stage? FINE! I’ll build my own damn stage!” lol… All jokes aside, I did exactly that. Within 6 months, I had women showing up from 8 states and I just kept growing from there.

So, when I was asked to talk recently about the transition between WOW and WOWx which is LESS of a transition of business and more of a transition of focus…. a DISTILLATION of sorts…. the ANGER behind the shift DID show it’s ugly little head.

Over the years, I’ve created more than 100 trainings, programs, intensives, workshops, and frameworks. I sold them successfully. (Mostly… lol.. everyone has a few stinkers and I am no exception.) Many of these programs still work today and MOST are still selling today as home study programs.

But the environment has changed.

The world got louder.
Content marketing got…
Cheaper.
Faster.
More crowded.
More performative.

Suddenly, it seemed, the very women who were MOST qualified were being drowned out by noise that paraded as opportunity… so they entered the fray.

WOWx wasn’t born because my work stopped working.
It was created because the conditions changed… and MY OWN IRRITATION set in. 

I grew FRUSTRATED seeing driven, accomplished women shimmying HARD for the algorithm. I grew IRRITATED watching them follow all the social media rules and still be IGNORED while people with FAR less experience hogged all the air in the room.

So, I decided that I’d focus ENTIRELY on eliminating the need to shimmy for all women entrepreneurs. If they LOVE social media, if it WORKS for them,… have at it. But for those who are performing with the HOPE of being seen…

WOWx offered a solution with gravitas, authority, integrity…
AND actual receipts of it working. (i.e. sales. profit.)

WOWx (WOW eXponential) is not REALLY a rebrand.
It’s certainly not a new philosophy.

It’s a distillation….
taking all I have EVER relied on

so that EVERY SINGLE month,
those women who are suffering TRYING to be seen,

on stages that COMMAND attention and authority.

Truth: In quieter times, you could teach mindset here, marketing there, visibility regularly, authority eventually.

But, in this environment, fragmentation fails women.

So WOWx took everything I’ve taught for over a decade and did one thing differently:

Visibility as HABIT.
Media as TOOL.
