The muscle mindset focuses on a BODY of WORK: consistent, compounding visibility in the right places. Every feature adds strength, reach, and authority to your brand. Every placement is deliberately in front of YOUR perfect audience.
Think of it like the gym: You don’t do one rep or work ONE body part and expect to be strong. You train consistently, targeting the muscles that actually carry the weight in real life.

* Authority. That porn star whose Mom (WHAT??) is helping her organize “marathons” where she has sex with over 1000 men has gone viral, baby. But even the SEX is free, so what would you EVER hire her for? (NOT A LOT.) Authority, GRAVITAs, the stuff that makes people come to you, get on a wait list, pay what you’re worth… that is built MOST QUICKLY with “accumulating” media, that which hangs around.
* Reach. An association newsletter with 8,000 members may not sound glamorous, but if those members are your exact buyers, that reach is more valuable than 1.8 million random views.
* Multiplication. A media habit compounds DAILY…. One hit becomes ten assets, one podcast becomes days of attention, one article generates multiple leads. REAL media builds on itself, when you know — and make a habit of — my syndication system.

One of my clients landed an interview on a podcast with only a few thousand listeners. But every single listener was in her target industry. That one episode brought her four new clients in under a month.
